The issue is, who is out there to come in as CEO? Would we have to poach someone from a rival club?

If GA goes, do we trust Sparks to bring in the right man for the job?

With a new manager, will they have to pick players based on Gent's recommendation?

The only way it can work under Rupp is if we have completely new everything. CEO, manager, head of recruitment and then we have the problem of arguably the worst captain in a while, players on 2-3 year deals

 

There is no Board. That's one of the biggest issues at the club. Sparks is left to run the shit show and only has to answer to Bradford's answer to Lord Lucan.
Sparks will chuck Alexander under the bus this weekend and hope it placates the fans.
The thing is, it doesn't anymore. We can all see that this hasn't worked and won't work now.
At the very least Rupp needs to get Sparks away from the football side NOW and get and experienced DoF in who can run the rule over the football side of this club and make the right calls on the hiring and firing of coaching and players come the end of April.

The owner needs to sell and then the new owner brings his own team in. As long as the current owner refuses to invest then incoming new manager, CeO , Scout will still be trying to operate with both hands tied behind their back?

We have two fit centre backs. Play them both in a back four. Why play people out of position at the back? The team and formation needs to be picked based on the players available.

Well, he's not a centre back to be fair to him. Now I'm not saying he'd do better somewhere else but GA has two centre backs available and he's choosing to play one in a back three. That goal is more on Alexander for me.

 

GA hasn't shown enough at all to be trusted with a rebuild. But as per usual at City, he got a 3 year deal..... it's a bantam thing.

 

Tyriek Wright absolutely ambling through games is very sad to see.
