For me Anderson looked like he did last season, some awful misplaced passes and taking too long to make decisions when he's in possession.

I know everybody is entitled to their opinion but I think you have preconceived opinion on Anderson. You will never see anything good In Him

 

Hornby had very little to do, RE was solid, big and aggressive, French I thought was composed enough when not under pressure but, like Henley, looked a little lightweight at the moment. He's obviously one for the future which is why I think we need another centre back. Much as I don't like his attitude from last year AOC looked good today.

 

Lets face it we normally lose to them, Look back on last seasons pre season start and see the difference, It will come together be positive

Not necessarily. I absolutely hated McMahon in his first season here and he was utter shite, yet he improved massively and I enjoyed watching him. If Anderson does the same then great, but today there was no difference in his display.

To be fair you say that about anything is slightly negative, there hasn't been any outrageous comments really?

Until I moved I went to every Guiseley match I think this is the first one they have failed to score against us

I thought a good turnout today both teams put the effort in . Defence I’m sure we have enough to choose from O’Conner looked good and Richards-Everton stood out in the second half. Akpan disappointing but first game for the lads and it gave Bowyer plenty to look at.

You've got me confused with another poster mate.

 

That tackle on their lad second half was awful and a straight red.

I was right in line with our players (was it staunton?) leg and it went straight through their lad no where near the ball. I think their player was a trialist and was in tears as he hobbled down the touchline past me.

 

I agree but surely a professional should be saying "I want to play xxxx" if he wants to play right back fair enough but he seems to have become a right back. I don't know what his best position is or what position he wants to play.

 

Anderson had a steady half in all fairness and Patrick looked always to attack and get past their full back. Caused problems and won us a fair few corners and you consider that a stinker? Jeez.
