    Corn Dolly bus fully booked already! Recommend Priority Away card, over 900 sold of these so far. I have 4 for family!!

    What I struggle to understand is why one is £12 and the other is £23 (£20 for members)? Is it the difference between Economy and Business Class? What do you get that is so great, that it is virtually 100% more expensive for the casual supporter? Perhaps @makalaka@makalaka can enlighten us?

    As far as I'm aware the Dolly dont have members Andy usually says its x but if we fill the coach it will be cheaper, Grimsby originally £15 now £12.

    Struggle to understand why the Bingley option is so much more expensive????? You know l live out of the area, but if l was local then the Corn Dolly seems very attractive. If I am not wrong they stop at carefully selected quality pubs before the match!
    P.S. Son-in Law sorted out the Season Tickets:cool: No need to go to VP before 1.00 tomorrow :thumbup:

    I don't think The Corn Dolly are a supporters branch like the others who generate funds for the club so I won't knock them, we ran a supporters branch many years ago from the Fox & Goose on Canal Road and it took a fair bit of the originisers/ committes time, Andy does a good job, the guys/gals who go are a good crowd as you say Andy gets CAMRA pubs.

    It's a good question @Bigrod@Bigrod, we don't know the arrangements which other supporters clubs or Corn Dolly/Away Days etc have with their providers or indeed how they work out their prices or what other factors are taken into account, so I can't compare the differences or fluctuations. We simply set a price which will cover the costs and give a return to build up the kitty which we give to the football club by way of sponsorship or stadium improvement works i.e. the current Bantams Bar project. Hats off to all those who organise transport to City away games though as sometimes it's almost like a full time job, but worth it all the same :)

    Maybe the Dolly get a little kick back from the pub they visit. I know of some pubs that used to do that to coach companies to increase take
