The point was that some people preferred Abbott and Mason to leave ahead of Rahic.

You need to work pretty hard to miss it, to be fair. Like, close your eyes and simply pretend the point isn't there. It takes focus.

 

Care to show me those posts you refer to? I don't remember anyone wanting Rahic to stay, especially at the expense of Mason and Abbott.

 

It's fairly common for employees to walk away/resign if they are unhappy at work so it's not ludicrous to suggest that Abbott and Mason should have done the same if they didn't agree with how Rahic was running things. It doesn't automatically equate to preferring Rahic over Abbott or Mason, it could be because fans didn't want to see their reputations tarnished, or perhaps they wanted the pair of them to send out a message against a torrid regime and not support/ encourage a complete nutcase.

If that was his point though then I think you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who preferred Rahic over Mason and Abbott, especially when one was a CEO. Rahic vs McCall/Abbott I get. Why would anyone feel the need to choose between 2 people with completely different job descriptions? It's like wanting Bowyer gone cos Ben Rome is a great fitness coach. "Mason or Rahic" is not a debate topic I remember but perhaps my mind is playing tricks on me.

 

If you wanted to root out some posts, you could start with Park Bantam, or someone who strongly defended the Rahic regime.

But it wouldn't be very interesting.
