    Strange player Gareth Evans, absolutely loved at Portsmouth but never really fitted in here in either of his spells.

    A lot of it confirms the chaos in management under Edin.

    There is comment on the fractious relationship with Adams. The training regime implemented by Adams.

    I know there is no love lost between Gareth and Evans, but many of his comments, echo concerns that we as Supporters had about Evans.

    Gareth Evans wasn’t at City during Edins reign, McCall was brought back as manager under Rhodes leadership who took over from Edin after Rupp finally found out Rahic was killing the club. Evans says “A part of me died when he left Portsmouth for Bradford “ To be honest a part of me died when McCall signed him again and we had the likes of Evans, Billy Clarke and Dylan Mottley Henry in McCalls squad. No wonder we were in bottom 3 of fourth division at that time. Also the youth coaches who he derides were responsible for turning the club’s fortunes around that season.

    There is a second episode, in this piece, we get more on what is undoubtedly a personal vendetta. However Adams personality doesn’t shine through!
