Sorare Pro Game Week 62

A couple of notes first. On the data tables for each of you I haven't yet added the in-season markers on to everyones listing, it takes alot of time to get them included so I'm trying to find an easier way to do it

However I have added a Set Piece column. This shows you if a player is regularly a set piece taker as these players obviously have an easier time getting a decisive. If they are a set piece taker the column will contain either an F for a Free Kick taker, C for Corner taker and P for penalty taker (and can contain more than one)

One last thing we now have the weekly tasks similar to what we have in Rivals that starts in the upcoming game week. One of them is get 100 in collection score in a 2025 J-League collection. You get 20 essence for doing it and it's fairly easy and cheap to do even if you have no 2025 J-League cards. I'm on 130 with Yokohama Marinos with just 5 cards bought on Auction/Insta. You would need some more if you buy on on the secondary market but you might also be able to buy the cards for so much less that it might make sense.

Anyway his game weeks specials are

• Super Clash (In-Season) - Need 5 in-Season cards. Has to be from one of the 10 selected big clash matches. Only 2 players from the same team. 2 must have a L15 under 50. Only 1 can have a L15 over 60. 3 Lineups Allowed
• Ultra Defensive (Classic) - Must select 2 Keepers and 3 Defenders. 2 Lineups Allowed
• All-Star (Classic) - Any card from any club from any season. 2 Lineups Allowed

In regular tournaments we have

• Premier League (In-Season/Classic)
• Bundesliga (In-Season/Classic)
• La Liga (In-Season/Classic)
• MLS (In-Season/Classic)
• Champion (In-Season/Classic)
• Challenger (In-Season/Classic)
• Contender(In-Season/Classic)
• u23 (Classic)

Pulls data from a few places but basically it first takes the matchup. A 1st vs Last place matchup should mean that the top teams players score well while the last place team should struggle so that figures into it. However it also uses historical player data as it doesn't always automatically play out like that, some players historically step up when they are under the cosh while others struggle for good scores when they are dominant. For example some CB's who are good at tackles and/or interceptions step up a level in such games.

Obviously it's just a guide though, there is too much randomness in football that can cause it to be well off in a single game week

 

It's international's time again which I don't know about all of you but is always an annoying time. Lineups can be harder to predict and often more random and there are just fewer cards in play.

Remember though with the new XP system even if you can't put out a full lineups its worth sticking in players who don't have matches to make up the numbers just to get some extra XP

This game weeks specials are

• Select Your Target (Classic) - You have a Score cap of 260. Select any card from any season and then choose your target score. Choose 320 to win 10 essence, 370 to win 50 essence and 420 for 200 essence. 2 Lineups Allowed
• All- Star (Classic) - Any card from Any Season. 2 Lineups Allowed

In regular tournaments we have

• u23 (Classic)

Oh and on the Pro missions. 20 essence is available if you get any MLS 2025 collection to 200 points. Thankfully MlS cards are coming back down in price especially on the secondary market so it should be easier to achieve even if you have no 2025 MLS cards yet

And the XP one you need an assist from a player playing for Turkey or Italy (I'll be targeting Turkey most likely as I have a few but not many Italian players)

I was going to do a full write up of my week again but I've been busy for most of this game week (Not least on this site as we have been having issues with Denial of Service attacks originating from Isreal over the last few days. It's a problem right now where any site with any content that is even in the smallest amount critical of Isreal and shows any support of Palestine is being targeted. We obviously have a thread on General which has opinions on both sides being posted so has obviously made us a target)

Here though is my results at the moment



Annoyingly my cash winnings were at $114 but my two $5 rewards and the $4 reward has dropped off and my super clash has gone from $100 yesterday evening down to $20.

My card also was t2 but has been slipping, it will no doubt need up t5 and I would actually prefer falling further and getting the essence.

I'm on 61 essence right now so the 45 will take me back over 100. Hopefully it will craft a better card than my last couple which were non playing keepers

 

Are you going to use your $20 to complete the MLS collection task for the 20 essence or are you going to use it elsewhere?

Certainly some of mine will go on picking up a couple extra cards for my Montreal collection to get me over the 200 collection score

 

If you are looking for one a classic Martin Dúbravka is under £3 and is predicted to start. Obviously he back to not starting for Newcastle so he isn't much use normally but for internationals its not a bad buy.

You also have Craig Gordon. Predicted to start, starts for his club as well. Although he is old so how many more seasons will you get from him?

You also have Arijanet Murić again for under £3 in classic. Lost his place at Ipswich but is predicted to start the internationals

And another is Columbia's Camilo Vargas. Again under £3 in classic, plays for his club. He is playing against Brazil but then again this is hardly prime Brazil. Columbia are actually above them in the qualies in 4th with Brazil 5th


Going upto just under £7 you have Pedro Gallese. An MLS card is always useful even if its just a classic seeing as their season has only just started and he is one of the better keepers in the MLS.

Or there is Jo Hyeon-Woo for under £6 in classic which is a similar thing as Korea has only just started their so it can help you through the European summer break

 

Ended up having one of my Choose your target lineups going on 370 and the other 320. I did consider going safe with the best lineup but I should hit 370 with it, I suspect if all goes to plan I could have even got the 420.

I also have one of only about 5 u23 keepers who are likely to play so hopefully I can do something in the U23's. Although cash wise the top prize is only $30 but a T2 or above u23 card would be great

 

Maybe your crafting at 20 will have better results on Thursday then lol

 

Should be good for me actually. With what I should win and then when I use my cash winnings to complete the MLS collection quest I should have enough to craft a t2+ card

When its cheaper might be worth a just taking a cheap T4 and a cheap T5 and hoping to get lucky
