    Cambridge at home first day takes me back to 77. Thumped them 4-0 on the opening day in glorious sunshine. They were a good side so we got very excited about the season. Happy days.

    But if you’re looking for an omen, Cambridge eventually finished 2nd, winning their second consecutive promotion and we were relegated back into the basement league. Happy days........

    Me too. The thought of us playing Stevenage at home Tuesday night in January didn't exactly fill with joy.

    I think Ice Station Zebra is probably the most local fixture! Now think of that one on a sub zero night when it is sleeting and blowing a gale! Boundary Park or the formerly enigmatically named Sports Direct Stadium.

    You are blooming joking of course theres is absolutely nothing ! repeat NOTHING great about visting GRIMsby and Smallford ? Nothing on that fixture list this season is anything other than a totally unecessary hindrance to where we should actually be playing ie: Sunderland l, Ipswich, Rovrum ! ?
