Whoops! Reaching for my glasses. But I stand by what I wrote. Anyone who’s not excited about England’s games in the Euros, is not a football fan.

I might be wrong but it's the final group game not the first, so a hell of a lot could be riding on it. We may also either be already qualified for the next round or already on our way home. However with the format of 4 of the 6 teams placed 3rd getting through, it really would be embarassing not to make it out of the group stage with the players we have.

 

And never will, he'd have been straight down my throat and having a go at others who were happy to put up with mediocracy by not attending if he'd attended the protest, but I think most on here can read Mr Ford like a book, fur coat and no knickers my dear old mum would say .

 

Although I agree with your post IMO what would he more embarrassing would be Bradford City fans not taking the opportunity to fill the suite and ask some searching questions, I'm sure some will reply they won't answer them but until you ask and maybe follow their answer up we'll never know.

Over the last few years I've fallen out with international football.
I just think some of the players don't have the same pride as they did years ago.
By the way, I was actually at Wembley cheering the likes of Bobby Moore and Nobby Styles on.
I even wore a world cup willie tee shirt.
I was 18 at the time.
Yes I know that makes me a miserable old sod.
