That’s a fair point but if some of the questions being asked with fans present were reflected by some of the naive questions being posed last night are anything to go by, then last nights would be the best way to organise it. Honestly I could have answered 80% of them myself and so could probably 80% of the members on this forum?

I don't rate his running of the club but that sells on fee saved Rupps arse. From what I can gather Swansea wanted a smaller sell on fee but Rhodes negotiated a higher one.

 

As it was originally offered but Julian took the fix rent option with rent adjusted every 5 years for inflation etc I believe.

 

Obviously Rupp is no fool but I'm sure he realises if and when we get to League One he will need to invest on a regular basis, I'm not one for writing the players who have got us promoted off but to give us a chance to compete he'll need to invest again, although I'm hoping as a League One club it my make us more inviting for a new owner/owners.

 

Agree Dave and I also suspect he knows he will have to further invest , irrespective of promotion ?
