See this what this extremely weak government has created. A challenge everything mindset.

Never known such as weak government that just sending bad habits.

It's tough.. no over 70's should be allowed in to mass gatherings until a vaccine. 93% death toll to covid. It's no game! No competition! Football clubs need to be strong in their message. If not then fans at grounds will not happen until a vaccine.

The government talk about shielding..so they will.

Everyday that goes by my Flip Flop self( I seen what you did **so funny) is questioning what was the point in this lockdown.

No fans should enter at their own risk. If it was for example 25% allowed in on a joint ifollow/season ticket then it should be different people every match so averybody who wants to see a live match can

Yeah kind of agree with you.

I think for Bradford they will have to decide does the club have to get rid of the flexi card & make it full price only.

the nursery we send our boy to have an entry system via fob which is linked to him. If we do not pay the bill it stops letting him in. They are currently fitting heat sensor camera to the doors too so if the temperature is too high it stops the fob unlocking the door.

If a nursery can do it then it can not be hugely expensive

No football club in their right mind would dare say were open for business except for the 70 + year old's, once again you're posting daft stuff that you makeup.

Why not! Shielding! Granparents are not allowed to see their grandchildren .

Again you highlight to me why this lockdown is a waste of my time. 93% over 70 die from this virus. If football clubs don't want to take that stat seriously then it's going to get ruined for everyone.

We need true leaders now. Not weak people like Boris. Businesses will lead and don't be shocked if that isn't a rule that comes in till a vaccine is confirmed.

It wont be 25% ? It will be 50%. Capacity 24000 a quarter is 6000 we wont have more than 12000 season ticket holders. You will be in a,seat one in two home games. On Ifollow the next game as a interim measure to a full return for all of us.
That would be foolhardy and irresposible of anyone over 70. Not least for their own sake. It clearly tells us in Govt guidelines who is most vulnerable and who should be shielded. Honestly the way back to watching a live game if I am over 70 is not by wasting time challenging why others are being allowed in and I am not. I have to see that the starting point for me to get back is to get the less vulnerable advanced party in first. Thats what will happen and over 70s and under 18s will need to come to terms with this temporary measure and support getting at least some fans in to effectively save the club and the game below L1.

By August it will be 1m the same as a number of other countries. We will see further change on the 4 July. Cases are reducing; the graph is in the right direction everything to be positive for.

mans those that challenge it would be looked upon like the Imman that has challenged the ban on collective worship.

Wonder if corrie will be getting sued.. @Bronco@Bronco wake up sunshine! Over 70's are a major risk group and it will stupid of football to let them back in until a vaccine is found. Stay at home! Stay save! Don't add to the awful stat number because you think you're superman!

Well done Corrie! Not that I watch that! Sensible and the right call. Bradford City need to do the right thing when fans are allow back if it's before a vaccine... say no to the over 70's and save lives!

Do stop making things up. The Over 70's are NOT on the list of those people who are most vulnerable and must therefore be shielded for their own good. Those who have to be shielded are defined as though at high risk and all have to have a particular and specified illness and 'old age' isn't yet an illness. The Over 70's are at medium risk and are not subject to the Govt's shielding provisions.

Here's a link to the NHS letter which specify the criteria for the letter which was sent to those who have to be shielded and it specifies those particular illnesses which warrant a person being shielded. .... The criteria confirm that Over 70's are medium risk and not part of the shielding regime.

    https://digital.nhs.uk/coronavirus/shielded-patient-list

Don't worry, @Bronco@Bronco and @Park bantam@Park bantam . You're not in the high risk category and therefore not subject to the Govt's shielding regime unless you have one of the listed serious illnesses despite what the two resident unqualified medics have to say. You're in the medium risk category just like my 90 year old mother.

They make up 90-93% of the deaths.. how on earth is that medium risk?

I've no idea since I'm not a medic. Are you?

However, the medics who have drawn up the criteria have placed the Over 70's in the medium risk category and not the high risk shielded category whether you agree with it or not. And I'll take that over the opinions of the self-appointed medics such as yourself any day of the week.

You posted we can't see our grand children, only in Fordy land.

I don't have an employer sunshine so it isn't relevant to me, can't see Bill Roache losing any sleep he's had a good run for the last 60 years in Corrie.

The rest of your post is your opinion hardly fact, as Park said it would be a stupid football club that tried to endorse a ban on 70 and over, once challenged in the courts it would blown out of the water, as Dennis said discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, religion or age is illegal in the UK.

See this is the problem.. the start of all this the lockdown was about protecting the old. The death rate stats highlight over 70's are a biggest death group and recently a world leader said the virus attacks age.

Now we have over 70's say we are fine. So what is the point of this lockdown? Seriously? As for most under 60's the virus is just a mild cold.

Every age group seems fine in this country. So let's just crack on! Meanwhile in South Korea over 65's are not allowed on public transport or mass gatherings.

We really should have done a Sweden or Brazil. Everything is just fine!

By strange co-incidence without COVID-19 death rates in the over 70s tend to be higher

Which makes lockdown even more pointless.

My feeling is England and the US regret the lockdown
