will be voting Conservative. as always.

I love Boris, and comrade Corbyn is an absolute moron. Labour would be an unmitigated disaster for the country.

John McDonnell sacked for incompetence and getting all the figures wrong as head of finance at the GLC and now wants to be Chancellor? Some kind of Joke,
Add this to Dianne Abbott who cannot count and Jeremy Corbyn who cannot look after his own household budget and we will be royally fecked if this lot get in

funny how it's always Abbott's gaffe that gets singled out, not like a Tory has ever got some numbers wrong...

It will soon transpire, once the report on Russian interference in British politics (which the Government is trying to surpress) is published, that it is Johnson who is Putin's pussy, not Corbyn.

Somebody with a better knowledge of politics will understand this more than i do but viewing the comments and it makes grim reading. Has the UK ever been in such a utter mess as we are now on the political landscape? No matter who gets into power it seems we are heading into oblivion.

The Author of the report was on Radio 4 Tuesday , he stated both the Conservatives and Labour are embroilled in the report, so unless you have seen the full draft you are actually speculating .

She's a feckin genius, must be hard work for her putting a cross on all those postal votes..........!!

Diane Abbott has increased her already impressive majority in Hackney North and Stoke Newington by 11,000, despite an onslaught of negative press in the weeks prior to the election.
The Labour MP won 42,265 votes, 75 per cent of the total count, just a day after she stepped aside as shadow Home Secretary due to concerns over her health and following a series of gaffes and difficult interviews in recent weeks

It’s racism. It’s not hang ‘em up and lynch them racism, nor is it overt in any way, but she’s a prominent politician who receives an outsized degree of flack for anything she says.

As the post preceding mine said, Phil Hammond made a very similar gaff, but that’s not mentioned every time his name is brought up. For context, she received HALF of all abuse aimed at female MPs in 2017. It’s not exactly like we’re short of evidence here.

For balance, the same is true of James Cleverly of the Tory party. When they have a difficult time, people regard them as stupid. When other politicians have a difficult time, we simply indulge them as having argued in bad faith. These politicians aren’t above criticism, but the level of criticism they receive is beyond proportional and of a different nature.

Accusing someone of playing the race card is a carte blanche for saying whatever you want, it’s a firewall. I could have said that in response to anything and someone could have accused me of ‘playing the race card’. Racism exists on a macro scale within this country whether you believe it does or not.

It’s a pile on culture of bullying that’s legitimised with abuse. There’s no argument either that the abuse that Diane Abbot receives is of a more offensive, patronising and delegitimising nature than any of the other politicians you listed.

I hate to say this but its not race really its Labour

If she was tory blue and made all the same errors they wouldnt bat an eye lid. She's labour first and foremost and thats the main issue. After that she is targeted in the way she is because she is an independently minded female. Race will play a part but not in the way you suggest.

By jumping to conclusions based on your value system and not the hard evidence you simply fuel the fires of people like tony to believe that other and actual racial transgressions are part of a left wing, liberal effort to culturally cleanse him and people like him of their identity.

You make it worse with ill chosen language and finger pointing.

How do you make the leap from people suggesting she's not very bright to those comments being racist?
