Our Twitter hashtag this morning is bizarre, some real saddos follow us. Who can be arsed listening to a Morecambe pre match press conference. The guys gone who cares anymore.

 

It's an embarrassment, the same happened when people followed Guthrie around posting updates for 6 months.

Perhaps it gives them some peace finding outside sources to blame as it's the same people that find it almost impossible to make even the smallest of criticisms about the club. Either way it's very bizarre behaviour.

 

errrrrrr........why would anyone follow Guthrie....unless they were planning some sort of comparison

I can see another heavy defeat for Del boy tomorrow. Not looking good for the Morecambe Messiah.

 

I will tell you what is absolutely bizarre-the notion that forum members shouldn't comment or discuss matters on a section entitled "Where are they now"-it is JUST the place to have such discussions. Now if you don't like that well you really don't have to read the section do you?

You can just ignore it but you don't, evidently you don't like that people are voicing their own opinions as often as they freely wish to. That's what happens in a democracy.

Anyway Del boy got another bumming today.

And the Guthrie thing-just made me chuckle each time I posted.

 

Why do you keep telling me not to post? That's twice in your last two replies to me.

Perhaps you'd be better starting your own forum and then you can just enjoy existing in your own little echo chamber.

Credit where it’s due, he’s doing a very good job there again. Didn’t work here but no doubting he can get results, some of our lot still obsessing over him on Twitter is a bit embarrassing considering he’ll most likely be in the division above next season.

 

Don't bother with Twitter as you say it seems embarrassing
Morecambe and odious Adams will be lucky to win any of their 3 remaining games
They may hold on to L1 status due to either Gillingham or Fleetwood being a worse team than them
After yesterday's performance it begs the question why he couldn't get a tune out of the same players
Without doubt he cost us the chance of promotion this season and IF (and it's a big if) we back Mark Hughes for next season it won't be long before we are at least a league higher than them
Sad for the fans and owners but I really hope they go down this season
They are more than welcome to Adams and his ego remember "we won't get a better manager than him"

 

I'm with you he's gone back to a club where he had undoubted success and it seems just in time to give him a chance to keep Morecambe up, good call Ryan .

 

Hope they stay up , Adams seems a good fit for them , no great expectations so looks like it works in his favour , couldn't do it here with trying to get us out of the khazi again , both of us better off with what we have.
Think they'll struggle though next year ,think Stockton will move on , proved he can step up think the bigger fish will come calling for him

 

If Hughes fails here are we still going to blame the managers or will people at least start to look slightly inwards?

Peopme have short attention spans, I suppose people chanted Rahic out but Rupps never had a mention in the stands which is quite telling and worrying tbh.

Yeah, but some people have only just started confronting the reality of the situation, that Rupp is a liability and shouldn't be in charge of this club.

They've already gone past phase 1, absolute hardcore denial, but now the idea is in their heads that Rupp MIGHT be a problem, they'll start to see the patterns.

The Glaziers take out of the club £m’s every year, at some stage they are going to add to the clubs debt mountain or fund development themselves.. which we know won’t happen.
