Defeat Incoming

He looked a little too eager, which is understandable. But I think there's real ability there. His mobility and directness could really add another dimension to our attacking play.

 

You may have a point but we have yet to see that anywhere near coming to fruition . The game the other evening was tailor made, laid on a plate, for him to show what he can do. He didn’t read his lines!!! I saw nothing other than a negative outcome. I hope I am wrong.
I just wonder if there are too many distractions on the “ outside” ? Mere speculation, but certainly recent tweets make me wonder?

 

For Harratt to start, we'd have to change our whole system to go with two strikers and for me, he's nowhere near good enough to justify that. If I'm being ultra critical, he seems to be one of those who uses their work rate to mask their lack of technical ability.

 

I may be wrong here and I'm not defending what's he's shown so far. I just see something there - time will tell as to whether he can show it over a season. I think he'll show - whether its here or elsewhere - that he's a quality player who'll play higher than L2 for the majority of his career.

 

You say it yourself and I 100% agree, he hasn’t shown it so far. Personally I can’t see him playing any higher for any of his career , never mind the majority. As I say, I hope I am wrong.!

 

And apparently they are in difficulty this season off the pitch.
