Firstly climbing into a car after drinking is not only disrespectful to the Law of the Land, but also lacks respect for his fellow citizens who he may mow down kill or injure. He then lied to the Police, and refused to take part in a breath test. I just hope they increase his sentence for taking up court and police time.
