    For those travelling by train, there are currently cheap advance tickets, on Northern trains, available, as follows:
    From Manchester Oxford Road or Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe - £2 Advance Single:
    departing Manchester Piccadilly at 09:01, 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 & 13:29
    From Crewe to Manchester Oxford Road or Manchester Piccadilly - £2 Advance Single:
    departing Crewe at 17:16, 18:16 & 19:48

    Although advance singles, at £5 each way, are currently available on plenty of services between Bradford Interchange and Manchester Victoria, I'd recommend a 'flexible' Off-Peak Return between Bradford Interchange and Manchester Stations, which is £13.30, as this ticket is also valid on train (but not tram) services between Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly.

    REMEMBER: If you do book these cheap ADVANCE tickets between Manchester and Crewe, then you must stick to your booked service. However, if your service from Bradford to Manchester was delayed, you would be permitted to catch the next Northern service from Manchester to Crewe.

    Yeah, I checked too to see whether it was a graded match but it's the standard price for all Crewe games. Like us they do a priority type initiative to make it cheaper for home fans, but on a lesser scale.

    It's £22 for Stevenage away too, and anything between £17-£24 for home fans there depending on when tickets are bought.

    Funny when we pulled up at "The Jolly Tar" at Cleveleys and those sat outside having a quiet meal & drink saw 52 football fans in their colours exiting the coach :joy:.
