As many have siad it will be like flu that we will have to live with, our booster on 20 October after having our annual flu jab last week.

CEV, over 50s, live and work in care homes, social workers, frontline NHS, carers, people who live with people with certain immunosuppressant illnesses

yep. 180 days is up this week so that was first available date I could do

 

Ours are both nearer the end of this month, which will be 6 months later.

 

I see Israel's Covid Passport is only valid once booster jabs are added to it.

Scotland's Covid Passport roll out has been a total disaster and at no stage until the app was downloaded was it mentioned that you were required to provide a passport or a drivers licence. This is the same SNP who are totally opposed to anyone having to show ID in order to vote. They say those without a drivers licence or passport can download a barcode from the website, however they fail to point out that this barcode is temporary as per their white paper and would be removed with an app only barcode accepted going forward.

Then you have Wales, they voted for Covid passports by 1 vote, even when before the vote was about to take place it was pointed out someone who wanted to vote against could not access the voting system but this plea was ignored and the vote went ahead. So everyone in Wales or anyone visiting Wales will have to use a Covid Passport going forward on the basis of a technical issue which prevented someone casting their vote.

Looking at the Senedd and Holyrood, they want this to go on forever, they are still under social distancing with just a handful of MPs allowed in and everyone on video link, while Westminster is back to normal.

Covid Passports and Masks keeps it in people's minds and makes people continue to be fearful of it, and now we hear of Javid wanting to get rid of any NHS staff who aren't vaccinated. I can only speak for myself but if I or a family member is ill and needs to visit hospital, the staff being vaccinated isn't on my radar, if the person can competently treat me or my family is my first thought.

 

I'm going to the Newport game. Will I have to show a Covid passport, and would hotels want to see one?

 

It doesn't start till the 11th. And I very much doubt Newport will ever see 10k fans.
