    was good to actually finally see someone about it rather than on the phone.

    30mins later my shoulder and arm kills and I’ve been referred to proper physio rather than on phone. If all else fails steroid injection

    Turns out he was called on Friday at 4 o’clock and told he wouldn’t be required at all.
    He just fancied an extra day at home yesterday.
    He didn’t want to miss out on all the overtime we get so he’s back in Wales today.

    I found half a DCD down the side of the settee that my little lad had dropped when I was looking for a pen I lost.
    I think I was more disappointed that he didn’t cherish the DCD and try and recover it than any cushion cleaning issues.
