    Cycling part of the trip away is done. Daughter is absolutely knackered tonight! Mrs H is a bit tired as well. But, they enjoyed it and so much nicer than cycling the streets of Manchester...

    The National Forest really is a good area to visit. Loads of outdoor stuff to do and the countryside is great, just hope a mine shaft doesnt suddenly open up beneath you!
