I guess the Azeem Rafiq situation has had a major impact on the exceptional expenditure, but basically their current model is not viable. Agree with you @Botswana Bantam no need to shell out on expensive players right now.

Be very interesting, if, for example, someone like the IPL (or a franchise within it) took an interest after demutualisation.
