Daily Mail for me. It's a shame you have to subscribe to The Telegraph and Times online
platform, they are good reads too

As for tv, I am a recent convert to ITV news, it's a shame Julie Etchingham is not on more often!. Do like Tom Bradby though

After spending time getting more annoyed by the BBC and trying various websites and apps, including the Microsoft News app and others, I have narrowed down my preferences to The Guardian and The Telegraph. Going to give them a go over the next week or so.

RT (Russia Today ) Is a decent watch as it covers a lot of news that our main stream ignore, For example the other week it reported a quite big demonstration in London that our main news ignored and I had no idea had happened and yet on checking it had!
It comes with an obvious Russian influence but as with Al Jazeera it can give a different view,

£25.99 per month online, but I’m going to try the odd paper copy from the newsagents this week.

Weekends i have recently been trying the Financial Times, the bankers bible.
Some good opinion and culture(books/music) pieces in there.
For some reason though they are not keen on brexit.
    Not at all.

*ps when i click on the online telegraph it offers £1 for a 3 month trial.
