That's what Ryan is paid to do, I'm not sure the likes of the Glaziers, Abramovich, or any other owner would speak to the fans they pay people to do that job, obviously only giving them what they wanted communicating to fans, we may be a small fish compared with the above but we will never be privey to all that goes on at the club.
I'm not sure some fans would believe it if they were told the truth, there were quite a few on here defending Rahic till the very end.

We can demand as much as we like unless the owner is prepared to go into detail his statement that he will try and right the wrong Rahic did will have to do, I'd suggest that's commitment, more so with what we are going through he could have quite easily cut his losses.
And if we are still playing league football once the season starts he has continued to do as he promised.

 

Do the Glaziers and Roman want out. Are those two clubs in decline? Do they have the same structural concerns like a league 2 club?

Look, I appreciate Ryan is the comms manager but I want to hear from the top man. The man with the purse strings. A press release, a prerecorded message, whatever that may look like.

I think we should be looking for more than just footing the bill for next season. Take for example if the salary cap does come in, if we’d committed to spend 1.7 million on a playing budget anyway, anything over the salary cap it would be nice if the club came out and said we have a plan. We will use the extra money to set up an analytical and scouting department who will work to get the most out of the market.
Got to think outside the box on this and not just sign easy players who we know from before

 

I was using them as an example as you know, I hear the few owners who do twitter or other media are MacAnthony at Posh and I believe Andy Holt at Stanley, I'd be very surprised if they gave fans an answer for every finacial question asked.
Rupp has made a club statement as I posted he will stick by the club and try and undo the damage Rahic did, maybe thats as good as it gets and we have to take him at his word.

 

Why put the cart before the horse, if and when the cap is vote in favour of theres no point in saying what might happen, I would think Rupp will finance us going forward but he won't pump his own wealth into the club as the likes of Dean Hoyle did at Town.
I still cant get my head around why he trusted someone he knew so little of with regards his past, in a business that Rupp knew even less about.
After Parky walked it should have been alarm bells going off, and maybe Rupps intervention into just why a guy who had done so well under previous owners would rather walk than stay and work under Rahic who as Mark says in his article had an office made down at Rawden Meadows.
For the majority of Bradford City fans that alone should have had alarm bells going, so by all means demand away or maybe put a question into the online forum who knows you just might get an answer.

 

What is ironic about something thats was true, at the time many posters on here call fans out who they classed as "bad mouthing Rahic".

Dont worry I've had worse, at times there will be differences of opinions, and that's how it should be.

 

Id like us to bring in the scouting department no matter what happens but fear we don’t have a plan and will just give Stuart the budget and let him sign who he sees fit.

 

I can't remember if weve ever had a proper scouting department, it's usually players who have played for the manager or someone he's seen in the past and kept an eye on, or he knows someone within the game who is a freelance scout ?.
I know when Richmond sacked Frank Stapleton some one in the audience said he though Frank has done a good job whilst here and Richmonds reply was something like "I dont expect managers to not be out on a night scouting, it's not a 9 to 5 job.

 

The easy signings as you call them feel like filler - which is probably because they are.

What's next is intriguing though. We need to move forward regardless of the circumstances, but it's too early to say if we will or won't.

 

We want the owner of Bradford City to awnser. We want Captain Admin to awnser. Not Mr sparks. But regardless any hard questions asked by the fans won't be asked. Even Simon Parker can't do it.
