    No it didn't. That year we switched between Darby and McMahon at full back and Marshall/Law were the wide men.

    We pretty much did exactly the same as we did this season, just a division lower.

    It didnt get us promoted so thats all there is too it.

    Injuries hit if I remember rightly.

    Burke, Hanson & Davies although I may be wrong. I seem to recall Cullen having to be taken off too.

    May be wrong but looking at the highlights and from the bits I have read, I think he's an option on the left of the three behind Cook.

    Seems to want to run on, past people and attack.

    I loved watching Beags! Two footed and full back never knew which way to go. I remember playing Wolves at home and I've never seen a full back so totally outclassed. He barely touched the ball all game

    Yeah and still baffles me why fans would write off a player before they have donned the clubs shirt and kicked a ball in anger. I see you have done that. Can you explain why?

    I'd like to agree but the record of the recruitment team last season was pretty abysmal. Oduor seems like a carbon copy of Osadebe to me and his arrival was greeted by the club in a similar way. Hard to get enthusiastic when we've already got plenty of players on contract who aren't good enough for a promotion side.
