    I can't see Adams doing that he more or less said that in the interview with Sparks before the Port Vale game, giving reasons why he made 2 defensive substitutions rather than attacking, saying if he had and we'd lost it would not have gone down to well.

    This will be the final time I post this comparison, as it is clear I've been comparing two completely different things.

    We are now 23 POINTS behind Bradford City 1981/82 after 31 matches, the squad who this season's shirts pay tribute to.

    At the end of the 1981/82 season that squad amassed 91 points. Even if this season's squad won their last 15 matches (don't make me laugh) we would still fall 6 points short of that 1981/82 squad. That is how bad we are.

    So, for the final time. after 31 matches:

    Bradford City 2021/22 have 40 points and are in 11th place.

    Morecambe 2020/21 had 49 points and were in 5th place.

    Bradford City 1981/82 had 63 points and were in 2nd place.

    We are currently 23 points behind the 1981/82 Bradford City team and 9 points behind Morecambe's points tally from last season.
