I can see a similar type of team today as we've played in the league cup with a few changes but still having a good side. As long as Cook came through Tuesday night and training this week fine then I think this will the game when he gets a start, if it's not today then it has to be the Doncaster game. I think Halliday will come in for Neufville as one of the changes and also Neufville didn't really seem on it on Tuesday night, it was probably the most reluctant I've seen him talking on a player in a while.

No they mustn’t do that. It used to be regionalised and it became boring playing Hartlepool or Chesterfield while southern teams played teams like Margate. It’s now so much better that we could now play Truro or some other southern non league team that we haven’t heard of.

 

Quite a few changes from Tuesday with Pennington, McIntyre, Leigh, Richards, Lapslie, Cook and T. Wright coming in. Good to see Pennington back and Humphrys & Pattison back on the bench. Hopefully Sarcevic is just being rested rather than another knock.

Thought he may have taken the opportunity to rest Power. I think hes played every game apart from the Rotherham game when he was banned, and hes always likely to pick up a card.

It’s still a very decent side despite the changes. Many have played a large % of games already this season and it’s not like we have anyone playing out of position simply to give them game time.

Another completely new back 3 but again, they’ve all played a decent amount of games. I’m generally wary of Byrne but to his credit, he’s improved each he’s played. Happy to see Pennington back in and McIntyre get more minutes.
