The club who promote crowd numbers as an incentive for players to sign.
Notwithstanding I appreciate Lincoln is an appealing move for him.

Word on Twitter is that he’s been made available for transfer by Lincoln. Not seen anything on official channels.

 

Vernams found it difficult to nail a starting place down for whatever reason.

 

Didn’t he sign for Grimsby last week. Had some bad luck with injury, same as at VP. L2 player at best but some on here thought he was better and lauded him when he left.
Bit like Crankshaw when he left. NL standard and lost in L2 with Stockport, moved on.

 

I didn't realise he'd gone to Grimsby, I've all on keeping up with the comings and goings at Valley Parade.

This is like your bizarre rants about Peterborough and MacAnthony, they are just nonsensical when you considering where our club currently is.

For a "football man", you sure have some strange football views.

He's opinion is factually wrong though and I'm just pointing out. You know, because it's a football forum or summat.

 

Vernam got a move to league one where he was/is not getting regular football so maybe regular league one football is beyond him hence the league two comment, I was one of the fans who would have been happy for Vernam to stay (not sure I lauded him) especially with regards his late form under Hughes.
With regards Crankshaw he was outstanding for Stockport (mainly from the bench) in non league football obviously Challinor didn't think he would be a regular at league two level, so Challinor let him go out on loan to Motherwell who are SPL now if Motherwell sign him permanently then he could be classed as a SPL player, a little like saying Oliver is a striker we all know why he was brought in but as yet he's a lot to do to be classed as a striker, mainly score goals.
