Nobody gives a toss anymore. It’s only the fantasists and crackpots who still bang on about it. Everyone knows it’s gonna be shit whatever, I think my MP should vote the deal through, and cut our losses. Not that my MP will do such a thing though.

I give a toss. I voted to leave, and now a deal has been agreed, I expect parliament to endorse it, and ensuring the referendum result is honoured.

Typical Corbyn wanting another public vote. How would he like it if he was elected PM, and 3 years later he still hadnt been handed the keys to number 10 Downing Street, with MP's demanding another vote because they didnt agree with the original vote

I'm with you @Idlebantam@Idlebantam, just reading different news outlets this deal is the only one in town according to Junker : Claude Juncker backed Remainers into a corner by suggesting that the bloc will not agree to any further delay so deal or out with no deal. Then Donald Tusk says European Council president Donald Tusk said any request for a delay would be considered if it is made.
They are as devided as we are.

Isn't that the SNP policy another referendum to gain independance from the rest of the UK, you have to give them credit "if at first you don't sucseed have another referendum".
I wonder why the remainers haven't thought of that :joy::joy:

The Scottish Numpty Party do not speak for Scotland only their cult following.
They are incapable of using all the current powers which they have at Holyrood and it's always easier to blame Westminster.
Unfortunately apart from Andrew Neill TV journalist's give them an easy ride.

However you want to look at it, the SNP is the largest party in Scotland. The clamour for another independence vote will grow now that Northern Ireland looks as though it will be different to the rest of the UK.

The break up of the UK is now more conceivable than it was yesterday.

Isn't this just a worse version of May's deal? Why are people going so barmy for this one when they weren't for hers??

It's just Brexit fatigue, there is no majority for any other deal, would love Farage's way but while he would get tons of support it just wouldn't be enough unfortunately...

If the guy from the Brexit party on Question Time last night is right it deserves voting down.

There is a silent majority in Scotland that recognises the problems of leaving the UK .

The proposed deal actually strengthens the tie between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK, It confirms that Northern Ireland is legally part of the UK but gives it the advantage of dual membership of the customs union which is not only unique but also gives the businesses in NI an enormous trading advantage having tariff free trade with both the UK and the EU,

It is a better deal as it removes the backstop that had the potential to keep the UK in the EU, It gives enormous advantages to Northern Ireland and preserves the right of the UK to make trade deals something the May deal gave up

NI in this deal is FIRST and ALWAYS a member of the EU customs union and EU courts. If any goods come into the province the EUs rules apply, if they can prove the goods stay in NI or UK they can get a rebate on any tariffs. Effectively giving NI back to the Republic.

THIS DEAL GIVES MORE TO THE EU THAN MAYS DID - ITS A SURRENDER - NOBODY VOTED FOR THIS

If you think its ok, bearable, better than extending then hang your head in shame. This puts our country into the shit.

Completely wrong, There will be no tariffs, what you have mistaken again is the details, The rebate will be for VAT as is the case now, If after the transition period we have not got a deal then tariffs may apply but not for at least a year and maybe two till a trade deal is done, Also the UK can freely enter in to trade deals outside the EU that include NI,

Wrong. The Benn Act requires the government to produce a deal that is acceptable to Parliament, not just any old deal. So if Parliament rejects the deal, which is clearly even worse than May's deal, then Johnson has to ask for an extension.
