Yep and that is why they are having to sell off stuff and introdice parking fees to places like Idle and increase fees for workers that park in Ilkley from £120 to £250 etc etc

So we were told the reason for the not yet fully occupied 'Hinchcliffe towers' opposite city hall was a lack of A1 office space in the city centre, the main tenant merely moving from another block nearby. Now the previously newest built office space opposite the Odeon is earmarked to be turned into apartments, you couldn't make this stuff up. That was another project bailed out by the council when it was first built.
I guess Bradford city centre must be the new destination for young professional city dwellers....

 

Hinchcliffe is on Youtube telling us all why we need to pay more in council tax. She really has no shame and appears to brush off the Bradford Live disaster because it's only a small amount of the overall council budget.

 

The clip I saw she was boasting how Bradfords council tax was amongst the lowest in the UK, the person interviewing her never replied just accepted her comment, why they never replied Bradford incomes are also amongst the lowest in the UK so that's an excuse, then ask her about the failings of the Labour Council over many years much of which she was an integral part of.
