The ticket office is open today. I’ve just been there and bought my ticket. According to the City app the Burlington St ticket office will be open until kick off and online tickets until half time.

 

I've read the email wrong. It states that the Burlington Street one is own but the club shop ticket office is closed.

It'll teach me to read it without my glasses.

It's a joke of a competition

With the introduction of the rule that means players with 40+ senior starts count as a qualifying outfield player it has made it virtually impossible for most teams to fail the rule. Out of our senior squad there is only probably Goodman and Metcalfe who don't match that criteria so we'd have to field the u19s side to fail it, we could make 10 outfield changes from Saturday and still be fine by a long way.

I think there will be some changes tonight but I think we will go quite strong, win this tonight and it should put us 1 foot into the knock outs. I can see us taking this competition serious and wanting to win it after missing out on the final 2 seasons in a row. If we can go far it brings in a good bit of extra money for January and it gives the back up players a chance to get some minutes.

 

Tough call as it's also the Sewing Bee

 

Very strong team for tonight, if we can keep a similar strength team to this throughout the competition I don't see why we don't have a very good chance of winning it.

Good to see Cook back on the bench.

Absolutely brilliant to see him back.

Not sure people realise how much work he will have had to do just to get anywhere near the grass again.

 

To be fair I thought another month before they risk him, but obviously the medical specialists know what they are doing . Hats off to all!

We are definitely in this competition to challenge for it, based on this team selection. Good to see a winning mentality across all fronts.

 

Good to see Power getting a break. Don't want him being over extended.

 

So as predicted - Cook pretty missed the first month of the season. Signs were there over pre season.

Bit surprised at 1 or 2 in the team selection. Not sure id be risking them for games like this with Donny, Town, Cardiff and Newcastle coming up.

 

It’s a bit odd that Goodman and the lad you mentioned Boney aren’t on the bench at least?
