@NorthernMonkey@NorthernMonkey's fault for voting for Baldwin.

That's the problem with hypothetical scenarios they have variables too.

Humphrys could easily have assisted several goals that secured the points. He could just have easily missed several chances at home to make the wins more comfortable as well as away that can turn draws to wins.

What we do know is that the two positions he plays are left forward and up top (albeit floating). His competition for those places are Swan and Pointon who have both influenced results as of late.

How much of that is for the win?

My only concern with our progress this season is the lack of clean sheets. Could be due to Alexander’s rotation policy, but at some point we won’t be able to turn it around. I know the changes were necessary for Joe Wright, but I’d like to see a settled defence with minimal changes, rather than a different set up every game.

Poor Monkey, Byrne ahead of schedule with his injury recovery and back training next week.

    Good news in my opinion

Don't think they had much option once they had gone down to 10. At the time, I thought the red a tad harsh but having seen the replay, think it was the correct decision. Agree it is much better seeing teams to come and play us even though some will beat us. Even Wimbledon came to win and what a game that turned out to be.

Yeah I agree. We need someone to play in the paint pot trophy so we can keep the proper players fresh for the league.

When Cook came onto the pitch i felt he looked flabby and overweight. But two goals later he looked in prime condition.

He loses half a stone every time he scores. Its just a miracle.

If he hadn't scored he would definitely be over weight, its a default setting.

U21s probably suffered a lot last night as most of their regular players will be away on international duty
Defensively it does feel a lot like last season where we inly kept 3 or 4 clean sheets in the first half of the season and it's why I question how long we can sustain this start. Now they we're out of the busy spell I think we'll see a settled back 3 and wing backs with Baldwin, Wright and Tilt as the back 3

I think I'd prefer Pennington as opposed to Baldwin, but hearing Alexander singing his praises I think your prediction is the more likely.

Pennington is likely out for another few weeks isn't he?

I think he's probably first choice once fit as he was very steady before the injury.

First tackle on Kelly was a shocker , straight over the ball full studs on the shin. It was hard to judge the s/o on the tv tbh . Kelly limped throughout the game .

I think it will be Baldwin because he is probably the most comfortable on the ball and although they don't always come off his cross field balls are part of our plan and are a good threat when they come off.
