I was in the centre yesterday evening. The new park area was surprisingly busy, full of people enjoying the sunshine.

The approach to Broadway was the usual moody mix of people begging and drug dealers, but beyond that the lower part of the centre looked decent.

 

I watch Billy's videos regularly, he's been to Bradford a few times. The council can try all it can to sprinkle magic dust over shite but they'll always be polishing a turd. It's not the only suffering town/city in the country but I'd say its the one that's suffered the most. Shame cos I'd love to show him a few miles outside the cesspit, it will be way nicer than where he lives.

An absolutely lawless shithole part of Bradford that the Council see differently.

 

The comment section in the T and A coverage of this was the usual hilarity to where one of usual backers of anything Bradford claiming the area could be like Brick Lane in London or the curry mile in Manchester. I used to go College up there many moons ago and it was a decrepit shithole back then and hasn't got any better. I'm lucky being on the outskirts of this City, most of the inner city is an absolute cesspit.

 

Wonder what he was going into his boot for?
