Good for the City , no more however, as money will remain their ongoing issue . As long as it doesn’t impinge on tax payers I wish them luck.

 

They are kind of like lambs to the slaughter on this one. Whilst they are now in Super League they haven't get there due to on field success. There are two teams who were better than them who haven't been confirmed a place as of yet in Super League, and whilst it will be a great boost for them all the teams top 8 this year are likely to put 50-60 points on them in what will be one sided affairs. I just hope that people realise this is something that will take some time to come good and they aren't going to suddenly see 10k+ every week and being able to compete at a reasonable level off the bat no matter who they sign.

We've seen too much boom and bust, and it was only a few years ago that plans for a new ground were laughed out of the funding stage due to daft things like a dome roof for a summer sport and a solar farm, which is why Odsal is still the dump it was 40 years ago because loonies with daft ideas were put up to design stadium (Odsal Superdome etc) that make MK Dons look sensible in their stadium plans.

 

May push 8k with decent away followings .........still good for the City though.

Pleased about this,they shouldnt have been kicked out in the first place,the people who got them into a financial mess had long scarpered when the verdict was given, punishing only the people who were trying to make it right and the fans,as a result super league has gone down the nick and nobodys really interested any more,lets hope it picks up again

 

Like us since 2001 he long scappered but we are still feeling to this day of how he fooked us over ...........maybe if the gloryhunting pricks hadnt got missing in there thousands they wouldnt have got themselves in that mess...............just a sham that the other pro club within the City is a far more attractive set up ...........with a far better ground something the Bulls fans didnt rate.

Still waste of a season when they where basically promoted before the start of 24/25 season

 

Just seen that season tickets are about £300 for 13 games, so will be interesting to see how many they sell.

One plus point they will have on the finance side is that the two expansion sides, York and Toulouse, are probably not going to get as much funding, if any, from the Super League as Sky have not upped their TV deal and the other teams have not agreed to a reduction to fund the extra two team.

 

I guess 4 to 5k i doubt there will be mass interest even though theyve returned to SL there crowds where still poor even when pushing to get out of the championship .............. i mean as a sporting person out of the two clubs City/Bulls where would rather go ????? VP with is attmosphere or the souless shithole up Manchester Rd.

 

They'll get more than 4 to 5k. The novelty of being back in super league after 11 years and a good 6 months to market it. You'll be looking around 7.5k, possibly bigger with decent away followings.

 

Thats how it should be but i suppose its allabout which club will bring more to the SL hence why the Bulls got put in there

 

They woul get 10k plus if it was going well there a very flip flop crowd up there .................look at there pathetic gates when they where top of the chsmpionship ...........some folk will try to defend them gates but for a team that was a dominant force in SL who i would say averaged 16k in them days to drop fans that badly is the reason i cant get on board with them honestly the arrogance of the twats in the early 2000s when we had our own issues was shocking ...............still at least we know which fan base stuck by which club when he shit hit the fan
