Although I have a fiver on us to win the league @14-1, now 13-2 after Saturday (so still favourites in the bookies eyes). I never bet on City for an individual match, as I cannot stand the double whammy of losing the match AND losing money.

 

I know a few in here have backed City with Wrexham in doubles and stuff.

anyone watched Parky’s boys tonight? Jim O’Brien, Matty Palmer and Adam Chicksen (off bench) played for Notts C. French RB for Wrexham- has done well.

jim o’brien could have stayed in L2. This looks a good standard, mind. You wouldn’t wanna be trying to win promotion out of this league……

 

Thoroughly good game of football, with County soaking up some real Wrexham pressure and agree on the MOTM in Cameron. Assist and fantastic in that back 2.

To see Tozer (allegedly signed for £200k), Mullin and McAlinden all promoted last season in L2 with Parky, you can understand why folk backed Wrexham for the league. Fluid first half and a real threat but as the game wore Wrexham did become somewhat predictable with the long Tozer thrown in...

It was a decent game with some good football played. Neither of those sides would struggle in this year's league 2.

they don’t seem to have worked the best routines from those Tozer throws - expected I suppose given he’s just joined. Mullin could get plenty with a decent target man. Hyde seems a bit hit and miss.

Agreed. You wouldn’t want to be fighting for one auto promotion spot in that league this year would you. Chesterfield spending big too etc.

I don’t really use cash out that often tbh.
I’ve said on here before that I’m lucky to have a bit of disposable income that I can bet with.
I placed all my bigger “champions” bets with the intention of seeing them out until the end of the season.
The bookies don’t often get it wrong though do they?
The cash out has been getting slowly smaller with every recent performance.

You lose some you lose some.
