Beer rationing

    Seems there is the start of beer rationing across Europe.. probably the end of the world as we know it.

    All down to gas prices apparently.

    Gas across the continent is so expensive that ammonia production has slowed down or stopped in some regions. CO2 is derived from ammonia production in the main and now we are very short of CO2 and threatened with beer rationing(or any fizzy stuff)..

    Scrumpy anyone?

    Don't need to make CO2 if you brew naturally conditioned bottled beer. It's a product of the fermentation process.
