I wonder how many people are still planning on going to this game.
I’m waiting until after the Gills game to decide.
If it’s still mathematically possible to reach the playoffs I’ll go, if it’s not (most likely) then I won’t.

I've seen Tommy at the Memorial Service until recently, they'd have a big fall out and weren't speaking he said Patsy was running the Star but wasn't good health wise.

I have that day off work anyway, plus the lad is on course for attending every single BCAFC game in all competitions in a full season so can't jeopardise that at such a late stage in the season, as it has always been on his wish list to do it, despite how bad the football is! Also, couldn't be bothered getting refunds on the tickets anyway

 

Do we know if any tickets left. Up for it but none showing on Ticketmaster site

 

Surely there will be a lot of spares due to it being a Tuesday Dave? I remember when the original Saturday fixture was postponed, it seemed lots of folk were having to return their tickets as they wouldn't be able to make the midweek fixture

Maybe Barrow will offer pay-on-the-day?

 

Barrow have lost 4 out of their last 5, gaining only a single point away at Crawley last week

And home to Mansfield on Saturday !! The match that will kill us is Crawley at home to Grimsby.

 

I agree, Grimsby are safe so will have their flip flops on. We really do need a massive favour from Lady Luck on that match.

Last train out of Barrow is 21:45 and I don't think I can handle driving there again, navigating 2 hours on the M6 at rush hour. Think I'll give it a miss.

 

You know how the last game of the seasons can go @Ulysses S Grant, Ipswich, Posh, all we can do is win and by as many as possible, but we have to get all 3 points against Barrow.

Yes that's true.
How many of us actually thought we would get to the last week of the season with something to hope for.
Could do with Colchester giving us a helping hand against Donny leg breakers as well.
They do need a point to be mathematically safe. Home win there would be nice.

 

Last season we had the dreaded "game in hand" and we were awful.

I hope we play much better tomorrow night.

 

Weird how so many teams are regularly pooping the bed at the minute like we did so many times last season in that chase for 3rd place.
