    It's got quite modern now , most of the streets have electrickery , they've stopped human sacrifice's ( well almost ) and they have a large Morrisons near the BAE systems submarine factory . Some good pubs , thats of course if your standards arn't too high .

    Cartmel is a nice little place, just off A590. 2 Michelin Restaurants, some good pubs. Busy on horse racing days!!

    Yes certainly is, been a few times. Used to have a static caravan at Flookburgh, just down the road.
