The the kind of mediocre success that filters down from the top of the club. Tonight was one of the worst games I have seen since Saturday, and would have been the same as Saturday if Morecambe had converted one of their chances to put them 2 up.

I've made the decision tonight that I am not attending next Monday, I fail to see why I should make the effort to watch another turgid display when clearly not a thing has been learnt from the weekend.

 

I'm binning Monday off too. Season ticket proving to be a waste of money yet again.

I've made plans for the Gillingham game. Beer festival will be more fun.

 

I wish Ryan Sparks would open the bag of bitterness in GA’s office and pull out his p45.

Ryan Sparks has sacked many managers and not had a clue on a plan to replace them. Sacking GA with Sparks still in position means he picks another and we go round again.

We need someone competent at the helm and Sparks is not that person. From there we might start to move forwards not backwards.

Everything Sparks does is knee jerk with no idea what to do 15min down the track. From moving the corner stand fans to sacking and replacing a manager.

 

Honestly, City fans across the world.. Ryan Sparks needs to go!

So many wrong decisions made by him and more importantly as a club we just not moving forward.

I wouldn’t trust him to pick another manager, in fact i don’t trust him anything as far as this club is concerned.

 

Sharpe should pick him as the football operations director (whatever his title is).

Here we are again, a year on from Mark Hughes having to go, again looking at a team that isn't good enough to compete in L2.

We can question GA's approach and to lose so many central defenders to injury is unlucky. But there is zero evidence of any investment into the playing side of the club. Until there is someone owning the club that actually wants success for the club we are doomed to flounder around in L2 or worse. Everything flows from that.

I'm not bitter, I'm angry that a club that was established in L1 and challenging for promotion to the Championship has been brought to the level of Saturday and last night's performances and quality. Ineptitude and indifference are destroying this club.

 

You're not asking for the world, to be competitive in the worst standard league 2 i've seen for some time should be bare minimum. As someone else stated, a side cobbled together at the last minute made mugs of us at times last night. I mean, at the moment just a half decent first 45 minutes wouldn't be too much to ask.

In all honesty what would a protest achieve? Sacking GA? Back to square one where we were seasons ago? A manager who inherits a team that doesn't play his style?

Sadly we ain't going to achieve any better with what we have got.

A threadbare and somewhat disenfranchised squad. Not playing as a team and, it seems, not playing as the manager wants.

What enthusiasm I had has been slowly eroded over the last 6 games or so. The telling game for me was Bromley-who were streets ahead of us on the pitch and with 11 men would have beaten us comfortably.

 

Where did your enthusiasm even come from? Blind faith?

Our business was clearly shite on paper and looks just as bad on the grass.
