Just to reassure some members I had 2 Tickets for the Colchester game refunded in full with my online fee and postage from Bradford city, I was also fortunate to get my £6 parking fee from Colchester back, the hardest part was trying to get the £114 hotel money back because it was a none flexible arrangement for the 2 rooms that I booked in Colchester, I decided to voice my opinion with the hierarchy at Colchester at my dissatisfaction as to how this game was handled from a supporters point of view, and to my surprise Colchester contacted the hotel and within 48hrs I had the £114 back in my account, so credit to Colchester for that.

The postponement is no bad thing. Gives key players such as Pritchard and Connolly another week to get fit for the Exeter clash next week.
Also gives the rest of the squad a breather.

Painful to watch. Brainless performance. I know its league 2 and the pitch ain't great, but the amount of miscontrol, poor passes, poor cross, shocking challenge for the penalty, missing that sitter, taking a stupid quick free kick when you have one from 20 yards in the last few minutes, bringing Jermaine Anderson on when you need a winner.

The one positive that we can take from the game was Reeves getting 80+ minutes of game time.

You do
Once again you bleat on about Saturdays game being massive, not at all it will not get us promoted or relegated so just accept it's just another mid-season game that on paper we have a good chance of getting 3 point from.
You quote "Lose and we will be putting far too much pressure on home game and fans will start turning" I suggest most fans expect 3 points from every home games so there will be no more pressure than normal, us fans are nowhere near turning on Bowyer or the payers.
You have a very selective memory with regards putting a run together, if we had not lost to Port Vale it would have been 5 league wins on the trot, we lose at Plymouth and we're a club in crisis only in Fordy land,
We have another 29 games to play, fans said at the start of the season they will judge Bowyer after 10 games, we were 6th in the league with 17 points, 5 points behind Exeter who were top and same number of games played.
At this present moment were 7th 6 points behind Swindon the league leaders with two games in hand, that has got to be an improvement, not forgetting injured players coming back.FrenchBantam, Captain Grumpy, Solentbantam and 4 others like this. -

Reeves was the only positive yesterday, he absolutely ran the game. He picked up some really good positions in midfield but unfortunately nobody around him was anywhere near his level.

Once again though it's our chronic lack of ability to get enough bodies in and around the box when we do finally get the ball down in advanced areas.marshy77, RCarol, Allotment Bantam and 4 others like this. -

He has him chasing down defenders right up to the edge of our own box if need be. The result is usually that he's either far too deep when receiving the ball or completely bypassed as we try to counter.
The second issue is that, instead of being on the shoulder of defenders, he's constantly dropping short to recieve it which then leaves him too much ground to make up once he's laid it off.
All that doesn't even cover the isolation problem and the fact we're launching it 60 yards into his head where any header he wins invariably is picked up by another defender as his closest teammate is usually a good 20 yards away (on a good day).bantamdave41, Dubois, Rogered Tart and 4 others like this. -

We gifted Plymouth the win on Saturday with two defensive howlers.
Win our games in hand and we are at least second on goal difference. Hardly not producing is it?Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...shoatsy, Chad, Bradford End and 3 others like this. -

Our wide players are a concern. With Ismail, we're seeing the inconsistency issues that previous fans have called out. And connolly is very limited - very fast, but a poor touch, mixed delivery and no real awareness of what's around him.
A quality wide man and forward have to be on our radar for January.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...marshy77, pns1945, The Evidence and 3 others like this. -
