The demeanour of the majority of this starting XI stinks.

Either they don’t have a clue what the managers instructions are or they don’t care or worse, both!

God that was crap. Sorry but DA needs to sort this out. His tactics are poor; he is trying to soak up pressure and burst forward and this team cannot do it. We have no movement at all. We have 3 attacking midfielders that cannot get into the game and it’s not there fault. We don’t have a striker that can hold the ball up to bring them into play. The ball doesn’t get worked up the field we just Whack it and there no where near the top end.

So so so poor and it’s in DA. I don’t want him sacked but he has to change his methodology

All those times earlier in the season we bossed games and ended up with a draw.

we’ve been poor lately and won three of last four.

Let’s not get carried away ladies and gentlemen. When we need a penalty to win games it’s not good news. We are a team with 12 draws - that statistic is more than any other club, including league two, league one and the championship! Don’t forget this is a promotion season, not a survival season. You can’t play left footed players who are all left foot at right back. They’ll get found out.

We are so narrow we need width and if Foulds plays there he will come back inside and it slows the game down. We need width, getting to the line and balls whipped in away from the GK on the run.

threlkeld is awful, granted, but Foulds needs to be patient. He’s been unfortunate as Ridehalgh has been the most consistent player in our side this season.

 

Scunthorpe and Oldham will be lucky to get 35 points, shame to more terribly run good football league clubs down the toilet.
