Change the manager if you want but the problems will still remain ............ the club is a mess let down time after time by a bunch of cowards who don’t care
They sold McCall down the river last season only to magically pick up when he went.
They did the same to the Sellars and Trueman last season when we had a good chance of at least getting into the playoffs
The same is now happening to Adams seriously how can you rely on a bunch of proven cowards ?????
Let’s at least give Adams a window or two to sort this mess out before we line up the next poor sod to fail

If Adams with a proven track record of getting teams promoted out of this league isn’t given time then god knows where we go from here

4 of the starting 11 were his signings. The 3 players that came on were his signings. It’s ok slagging off the players but a good manager is a good man manager and improves players. I’m not seeing any of that from Adams.

 

Going onto bigger and better things apparently so we are told. Garbage not got one decision right yet.

 

That's rich considering he signed players who weren't good enough for Scunthorpe, Tranmere, Walsall, Port Vale and Salford.

I like it but it’s a very slippery slope at this level. Players will just sit on their contracts and we can I’ll affford unhappy players who are not pulling their weight. Hopkin tried it to motivate them and it backfired massively. It doesn’t work like that any more.

 

How is Sparks the 'main reason'? Did Ryan decide to hire a rookie CEO? Or did someone else deign to settle for the easy, cheap option?

sorry but that’s not on. Like when he slagged crankshaft off for no good reason just before selling him (mistake). Adams needs to look at himself and consider his man management.

Performance has to improve- just 2 shots on target tonight, despite subs being used early.

Some people can't be helped no mater how good a manager someone is. He knows the players better than any of us and has consistently backed them but there does come a time when you have to call it as it is. People put all the responsibility on the manager but the players cross the line and are responsible for their performance

 

Why join the club knowing you didn’t have control of the recruitment when you wanted it? Also why sign a 3 year deal if you wasn’t so sure if you would be in charge?
We’ve gotta stop making excuses for him. No one else has had this many excuses made for them as a city manager. I am not advocating for sacking a manager again but let’s at least be honest about it
He’s built an injury prone crap squad who play crap dire boring tactics and would rather draw than go for a win in the game. He has slagged off the players again too and also the hierarchy on previous occasions already this year.

He’s hardly got himself much credit in the bank so far and he won’t be backed by this owner in January unless he moves players on.

It was ok during the first half it was working but the 2nd half was a non event he tried to change it but when your bring players in who ain’t gonna get you back into the game then what can you do ?????
Me personally doesn’t matter about the tactics of the players ain’t got the heart for it then your indeed in bother (
It happened with Bowyer,McCall,Trueman and now Adams once these lot go a goal behind they go into hiding this sadly has gone on for years now

 

Me neither, the clown is more than happy with mid table and all the gate money we provide year in year out. 12th in the league, 13,000 fans and some new toilets. Everyone’s happy!
