Listened on t'radio and sounded like we were second best all over the park for virtually the whole game.

I thought DA would have seen that and made some changes at half time.

Now we need to learn from this as to why we were so far off the pace and try to stop it happening again.

Sounds like the players will be in for 7 days a week now for the rest of the season

 

Well we do play midweek but its in the Mickey Mouse cup.

 

We were well beaten today both center backs had Cook in their pocket he was far too isolated. They stifled Cooke/watt/Vernham/Gillead by out working us in the middle of the pitch and we had no answere. On the ball they were bang average Off the ball they knew exactly how to stop us and frankly looked like they wanted it more than we did which is a little disappointing.

Not seen the game, but from what I've heard it sounds like Adams is putting down to a lack of fitness. Looking at the match stats looks like we made a change and then conceded!

 

I remember Jackett made a change only 30 mins or so into that game, im guessing most of us at the time assumed it was a bit of a knee jerk reaction on his behalf but it turned out to be a bit of a tactical masterclass. Always liked Jackett, Solid manager, Orient will do well with him at the helm
