    A good replacement for Novak who is obviously going to be out for some time.
    Maybe a permanent one.

    Not really apparently not in Clough's future plans according to local sources.
    The majority of fans liked him at Mansfield but once again it's a managerial shake up that as forced a change in squad personnel.

    Probably the only club where it has not worked out for him. Let's hope he does the business for us when called upon, out of contract in the summer, so should be keen to impress and earn a contract in the summer

    Looking at his goals for Tranmere and others he looks like he can score with both feet from anywhere and his heading, even when heavily challenged by defenders, is pretty damn good. A good signing which adds to our fire power, gives us options on attacking formations. Let opposition worry about us for a change.

    Given the positive results since Trueman and Sellars took over, and the January window transfer activity, I am now pining to be there at VP on Saturday. Cannot believe it's now 11 months since we were able to enjoy our Saturday afternoon routine
