I always thought he managed cup games much better than the league. I think he is quite cautious as a rule but when everything was down to one match his tactics were much more adventurous.

 

The way GA talks about the club and uses 'we' in all his interviews, I have a feeling he is here for the long run, as long as we want him. Of course, a big wage and a chance at the high end of the Championship would probably sway him, but I get the feeling he generally loves it here, as does Lucketti

I do agree about the press but I'm not sure many of the teams will change. Managers are brought in these days on their philosophy of trying to copy Pep and play out from the back. They won't just abandon that because little old Bradford are getting in their faces, most of them will be far too stubborn and at this level hopefully won't consistently beat the press.

Totally nuts!, it will cost them big time. The other manager will be collecting his wages from them for the foreseeable, maybe extra compensation for the humiliation. £££££££££

 

I don’t think they’ll abandon but certainly look to beat the press by one touch pass and move. We’ve caught out many defenders and midfielders because they’ve taken too many touches and we’ve pressured them. Teams have shown already it can be beat, but for poor finishing it could all be different. If we can keep the ball a little longer, we can sow we have the ability to really hurt teams. That really would set us on the way.

They are not in a good position points wise,and relegation would be a financial disaster for them.Parky probably has another 4 matches at most to turn it round,or he will be gone.
