    Bookies have shortened is considerably to 6th or 7th favourite. I'm happy to go along with their judgement. God knows they've taken enough from me over the years.

    But Pep's football also gets bums off seats... when they win, of course.

    It's less about styles and more about simply winning.

    People have always claimed that "if we play with maximum effort I'll be happy" or "if we play like this I'll be happy" but it's never true.

    If we were losing, we'd be calling GA a dinosaur and wonder why we're playing direct counter attacking football.

    We're not because we're winning.

    Its always been about winning. Parkinsons football was horrific at times but it was effective so it got a pass. McCalls was superb to watch but wasnt as effective as it should have been. We went an entire season at home undefeated but lots of draws as no plan B. Missed out on the autos.

    GA has that balance IMO.

    My view of the slo mo / freezing the picture: The defender may have got the slightest touch of the ball and the touch Bobby felt was probably slight contact with the defender, so on that view I'd give it to Neufville.

    I'll be happy to be proved wrong though.

    It was Bobby's goal celebration for me.
    It wasn't a celebration of a goalscorer, Josh wheeled away, arms in the air celebrating, Bobby chasing after him.
    If Bobby had touched it in there would have been a different celebration as it would have been his first hat-trick.
    Happy to be proved wrong though!
