GA has said that Baldwin had a bit of an issue going into the game which got worse and he needed to come off, he is having an appointment today on it.

Tilt sounds like he is facing a lengthy time out of the side, Joe Wright should only be a few weeks out.

Sounds like we’re going to have a very patched up defence for the next few games.
Let’s hope McIntyre hits the ground running.

GA has to try something different away from home. It'll be a shame to do so well at home and so poorly away that we end up being midtable at the end of the season. Stick an extra body in midfield for me.
As for the build up and the game yesterday. It's been years since we've had both sets of fans vocally going at each other both inside and outside the ground. For those who haven't experienced that before, it's the reason many of us were hooked on Bradford City back in the day. So glad to be out of league 2 with the Newports, Colchesters, Bromleys and Crawleys bringing 1 man and his dog, and with very little historical rivalry between us. It's a been a while since we had any success and long may it continue.

Did you see the vid of them surrounded by the police in the back garden of the Bradford Arms? They were trapped as their only exit was into to the hoards of City fans on Manningham Lane .

It may be prudent the Bradford arms be fumigated before reopening;)

I was making my way to ground and walked past them, dodging the odd bottle of beer being thrown back and forth...

Yes and I really did think our business over the summer was at the very least competetive. I had very little doubt over Power - who was immense yesterday and becoming a great captain.

Luton, Stockport, Town - all big spenders but all beaten now. You dont need to spend millions to be competetive in this league.

Long way to go but talk of a relegation fight was always nonsense IMO.

Was in the pub after watching the scores on the screen. Saw L2 results and my heart sank - PTSD I think they call it. Bromley, Barrow, Fleetwood - makes me shudder even mentioning these teams!

Away form hasnt been a disaster this season but certainly room for improvement.

One bottle missed me by inches and smashed on the pavement in front of me.. haven't had anything like that happen to me in over 40 years.
Having said that, it was only trouble I saw personally yesterday when, back in day, you'ld have multiple skirmishes down Manningham lane and into the city centre.

They may have been at it outside the ground but Huddersfield yet again proved that there support is fooking wank inside a ground and that has never changed.

I thought they'd signed Smallwood for corner duty tbh.

As a City fan now living in Udders I must say yesterday was a very sweet one, all them years of mickey taking I’ve had over here! This calendar year has to go down as one of the best ones I can remember in 50 years of following the pride of West Yorkshire?

Anyway it’s time for a walk round t’village with the claret and amber on

Following city every week gives a reasonable view of the teams strengths and weaknesses. Whilst seeing the opposition in isolation of 1 game which may not be an accurate representation of their abilities.
Yesterday underlined much of what we have done well this season. Strong, athletic with a cutting edge when necessary.
Whereas Town, who dominated the opening 15 minutes and cut through us too often, gradually wilted and looked shell shocked after the 2nd for the 3rd.
If I was sat in the away end the biggest concern was the lack of expected response from them after halftime. That’s when captains and managers should make their mark.

Our team has got a good leader in Power, maybe not the best I’ve seen but he is doing a good job for sure. Whereas there was no discernible response from Huddersfield. That would be my biggest concern for them.

On that 1 game snapshot I’ve already seen better teams than them this season. But it’s just that, a snapshot.

With Towns spending power it wouldn’t surprise me to see them in the mix at the end of the season but they will have to improve on what I saw yesterday.

For city it’s great to enjoy the moment after years of turgidness in league 2 and good to witness a full away end and atmosphere. It’s what makes for great football experience.

Whilst I’m no fan of Town it wouldn’t surprise me to see them in the mix, but what’s really exciting, for the first time in many years I’m unsure as to what our ceiling is.

Keep pushing. Proud of our team.

It was great to see the city buzzing yesterday. Pubs and cafes full before and after the match. We popped into the Darley Street market after the game - good beer, good food, some decent live music and lots of City fans. The transformation in the experience of seeing City in the last 18 months is tremendous, even to the extent of the pedestrianisation of areas outside pubs that allowed the atmosphere to build pre-match.

On the pitch, we've got a team to be proud of who can compete at this level and that are good to watch. Everyone at the club deserves credit for the turnaround. This might all be the result of a freak goal in the last game of the season, but we've capitalised on that bit of luck.

A great time again to be a City fan.
