Defence looks poor thought wright looked average last week but extremely poor today.

We are very open when Donny attack Sarcevic and Pointon not in the game at all

Humphrys and Powell to come on as I am not sure we are dead and buried just yet

 

If ever there was a game for Humphrys to prove his worth, this is it.

Anybody that can't seewhat a massive liabillity TILT IS, he going to cost us games this season.

 

Far too harsh. We've been unbeaten till today, which has been a mixture of playing well, showing character and landing on the right side of fine margins. Those margins and faults in players have all fallen on the poor side today. Was always going to happen at some point. We're not YET a good league 1 side, so we need to shake it off after today.

The 2nd goal changed the game because at that point we were comfortable and on top.

You can't get away with being as slack as we have been at the back.

Donny were that bit better than us last season, they're a bit better than us this season.

Let's not lose our shit at losing a game after the start we've had.

 

Sarcevic and Wright have been notably poor. Neither seem with it at all. I’d have Hump on for Sarcevic and go 2 up top. That being said, it’s a long long way back from here. That 3rd goal is a real killer and so avoidable (much like the 2nd).

 

Exactly, completely played off the park but one team didn't take their chances. The centre of the park is a real worry, been dominated putting pressure on a very average back three and creating nothing for the front 4. Needs 2 or 3 changes at half time.

 

I am all about level;s and how good we are but.. there three goals were gifted .....

 

That third goal was such a poor goal.

Every team does that and we just didn't defend properly.

Neufville was out-jumped but that happens.
It's then up to Baldwin to win the second ball but he didn't, he wasn't concentrating, on his heels and the ball bounced past him.
Then it's up to Leigh to win the ball but he didn't, he was too lightweight and eased off it by Sharp. He should have fouled him to stop him.

Shows that Baldwin isnt really up to it and Leigh isnt the defensive midfielder needed for a scrap in an away game.

 

He is our most attacking threat but I wish neufville would bloody smash the ball across the box when he beats the full back and gets in instead of cutting back all the time

 

All look stodgy, slow and lacking sharpness - Alexander needs to get into them at half time.

Worry I previously flagged up about mainly signing 'older', experienced but slightly injury prone players - leaving a lack of core pace in key areas

An off day was always going to happen at some stage but some worrying signs in 1st half

 

Agree, it's easy to get carried away. The abject defending is a worry mind.

 

Very poor all round Wright dreadful today Sarcevic poor Pointon anonymous Tilt lucky to be still on and the whole team lacking that high press we usually have

 

Wouldn’t say Tilt has been of big as a liability as some as making out. His two team mates on the right of him are having mares

Pointon isn’t in the game at all

I’d say hook Sarcevic but knowing him, he’l pop up with a goal somewhere

Baldwin has been a better defender than wright so far this season for me that's 3 goals wright has gifted to the opposition this season

 

I thought he was still plodding along in league two. Goal and an assist for him today and he mightn't be finished yet.
