Looking at their equaliser why didn’t Crichlow run to block the ball before he shot, rather than walk across and not get there. I’m getting highly frustrated with him and at this rate I wouldn’t extend his contract.

Well if he is fit enough to have a meal then he can't be too unwell.

Walsall will 100% beat Accy. We can’t think about the final home game because by then we could be in 4th place needing favours.
We have to go all out for a win at Donny and see where that leaves us, most likely top going into the final game, how good would that feel.

We would have to beat Donny by 2 clear goals to go top and hope port vale don't win.

I’ve just realised that Jordan Gibson plays for Donny. You know what happens next.

Crichlow is not good enough for this level.
Not a chance he would get an extension on my watch.

That was my frustration more than anything else. It almost looked like he thought someone else would do it. He took an age to get himself within blocking distance by which point it was too late. He coukdve easily smothered the shot with a bit of urgency.

Don’t rule it out. Donny might be the away game where it all clicks and we take all our chances.
Wimbledon have an excellent home record and can still mathematically get autos.

Its not so much taking our chances that worries me.

Its the team selection at the back, bad game management and baffling subs even when we go two goals up away from home

I hope not, he's not a good player.

Busy, as we will remember, nice feet, gets into good positions, but very, very lacking in the final third.

That said, he'll probably be launching efforts from 25 yards which is the one aspect of his final output that he's actually good at.

The question I keep asking myself is, with a squad as large as ours, and with the endless list of midfielders we brought in, how on earth does Richie Smallwood getting sent off mean we end up with two different centre halves playing there in consecutive away games?

The worrying thing is we now know 2 goal leads aren't enough to secure the three points. We absolutely fall to pieces when conceding and considering we're supposed to have all these players that experienced promotions before, we defend like Sunday league players. Doncaster are no great shakes but in Molyneux they have a player who will cause major problems. From having one of the best defences in the league, to one of the worst, it's going to be tough. Alexander is running out of games to find the right balance when making changes, but he has to stop putting defenders in midfield. If a bang average Chesterfield can run rings around it, imagine what Donny will do knowing that they'll probably get promotion if they win.

Walsalls was a “ cheaters “ goal . ( As plain as day) .The officiating was bizarre but the right call. He should have been booked at worst!

Only way we are beating Donny is 0-0 for 98 mins and last min goal
This way our clueless manager doesn’t need to protect a 2 goal lead with 10 defenders for 45 mins

What I find totally insane is that with Khela and Pattison in midfield who are both full of energy we were up against two ageing midfielders in fleck and naylor who are both 33

that was why we ran riot on midfield and we decided to dismantle that one strong advantage we had over them ourselves!!

anyway there was also the ‘almost over the line’ nerves

and if you look every team who has got into that kind of position in the table in this league this season has gone on to blow it

look at port vale last two games!

and I honestly think Doncaster will NOT be throwing the kitchen sink at it on Saturday, a point pretty much does it for them but if they lose we tie them on goal difference and points, if they lose to us by more than 1 goal we go above them on goal difference!

So Doncaster will have their own nerves to deal with, and unlike Chesterfield won’t be throwing the kitchen sink at it

I cannot believe I’m going to be on a flight to New York for a gig during Saturday’s match although it’s BA and most of the time that flight has internet!
If not it’s going to be a very long seven hours until I land!

I thought Metcalfe was very good for them. His goal, assist and energy made a huge difference, even more so when we made changes. I’d take him and their on loan Brentford RB in an instant to our team if they became available.

A day on and I am still not recovered. I am getting to grips with the challenges of old age but this one is tipping me over the edge. I would reckon that the the the other 23 clubs have Forums like ours. Bristling with frustrations. But can any be more frustrated than us? At 5 yesterday I was wandering round the park in the rain. Baffled.

Enough is enough for all of us. We need a regulator to come in and call a halt to this. Put us out of our misery before something serious happens. Suspend the League now and start from scratch again next season.
