Still way too annoyed to post anything constructive. The worst thing about today is we could all see it coming.....like witnessing a car crash in slow motion.
Clueless game management, panic substitutions and absolutely no idea what our formation was at the end.
GA has been like a rabbit in the headlights ever since we were in with a shout of top spot. Inexplicable selections and even more inexplicable subs. Was gutted after Swindon but absolutely seething after today.

 

Very slow roasted Alexander reading some of the posts on here .

 

Spot on about Byrne, what is Alexander thinking, Byrne has had calamity moments all season and been unable to defend at the byline, our form picked up when he was out of the side along with returning midfielders. Yes defenders make mistakes but he is slow and clumsy and proven that all season, Barrow away another example of him getting done due to being a slow clogger.

 

He talks fo poor decision making and lack of composure. Hmm....

 

Shame he didn't do better with that header in their box .

 

I think our goose is already cooked mate.

 

Is that 5 or 6 goals conceded after 45 mins or 90 mins in the last 3 games?

 

What a miss Smallwood is that bad tackle is costing us badly

 

Could have made himself a hero in the last few minutes but manages to shoot wide from about 5 yards out. No gonna single him out as we missed a glut of chances but a striker he ain't. Never looks like scoring.

 

Listen what happened at Swindon wasnt right but these things happen but to pull the same trick again is fooking shambolic.
At 3-1 we should have simply gone all shithouse to see the game out there is more than enough experience to do that ................ Walsall must have had there heads down after there latest fail but yet again we let them have another shot

 

Teams that bang in 7 goals in 2 away games should be more than capable to see the games out despite the miss of one player.

Are these all young kids that need one player to hold there hands ?????
more than enough experience out there and at management level to see them two games out.

 

Got another 2 years on his contract. That should be fun.

 

Another mistake from GA, declaring happy with striking options in Feb (and some nonsense about type of character) and leaving us short of a big striker to hold the ball up to take a bit of heat off in games like today.

 

For all our poor game management we has enough chances to win 2 or 3 games but our finishing and final ball were at times awful.I'm pissed at Alexanders substitutions but he isn't the one missing relatively easy chances or making or a poor judgement call when a team mate is in the clear. The players have to shoulder some of the responsibility in game they should have had wrapped up and put to bed.

 

He can't do it in league 2, he sure ain't doing it if we do eventually gain promotion.

 

No he will not, he will be playing in Division 1 with Bradford City.

 

Bit of time and care during that first 35 minutes and i doubt we would be having this debate
