Looking forward to seeing Metcalfe in the middle tonight. An exciting prospect from what I have seen so far.

 

I agree he's a great prospect but I would have preferred Patto tonight. Think he's a bit more physical but not unhappy Metcalfe is playing

 

I agree. I really like Halliday and it's a shame that he's found himself out of the squad but we need people on the bench who can come on and impact the game, but the only benefit he would offer would be in the event of an injury to Neufville, which I think is why he isn't getting a look in. I'd still be sorry to see him go.

 

If we win (again) I'll be absolutely delighted (again) !

 

I could see him leaving before the end of the window.

I think we're done for 'ins'. Odour, Smith, Wilson all need to leave.

 

Clearly the gaffer trusts him. We have good players to choose from so I don't think GA would select a squad that includes someone who contributes nothing.

 

Has pattison had any minutes so far?

 

I'll admit contributing nothing, might seem harsh I just think he is very miss able, you don't seem to notice him doing a great deal either creating chances or scoring himself.

Each to his own, I don't mind differing opinions, hopefully he goes on to prove me wrong

 

He came on for the last 3 minutes at Northampton.

 

Stockport look dangerous.

 

2nd best so far in the first 10 minutes, other than a half chance from their keeper's miskick I don't think we've had any possession in their half.

 

Cant get hold of ball, cant get in their half, they look dangerous down flanks.

Could be a long night and a crash back down to earth this one.

 

They move the ball quickly.

 

You can see what a threat they are. The crispness of their moving the ball from back to front and the quality of their wingback, is a cut above.

We need to compose ourselves. And when we get the ball, be less rushed.
