There isn’t one as you probably suggest and there is no rule to say a “ home” Town or City has to provide one if one were to be pedantic .

 

I might be out of the loop here, but what do you gain by being a total moron, being swept up by the police and escorted to the ground and kettled in from the train station?

Just go out, have a beer and a bit of banter and a good day. I like it when I see a fan of say Plymouth at the bar and we have a chat about how the season and I wish them well and all the best. I like it when I go away and can have a few beers in the pub with the home fans and not feel threatened. Am I out of touch? It's better to chat with fans on north parade than lobbing crap at each other outside the Bradford Arms?

 

If these offences took place as a result of pre game imbibing then the first charge would be “ drunk and disorderly “ , followed by whatever criteria lobbing a bottle at someone comes under? No sign of that is there ?
