No blackout in the U.K. for the game tomorrow it’s a £10 on IFollow.

 

Ah so I have learnt Bulgarian overnight for nothing! Seems like the lifting of the blackout is causing quite a stir in some quarters, the Accrington Chairman is getting a right beef on about it on Twitter @AndyhHolt

 

If you give me the long number across the front and the 3 digit code along the back I will give you the information.. honest...

Signed up for iFollow, paid £10, so watching the game on TV tomorrow will it let me throw it on tv? I have a smart tv, do it all the time with uTube.?

 

Yes just use Chromecast or similar.

 

Clubs have been clever not to push this in case of the knock on effect on ticket sales, I don't blame them either personally. That said, seems like some chairmen weren't even aware of this new loophole.

That is a sudden change from no iFollow video feed abroad due to broadcasting rights to it being available in the UK. Does this mean our foreign fans will be using a VPN to watch the iFollow feed if they don't have access to a TV channel showing it

Looks like our match has been excluded from broadcast on iFollow tomorrow

 

Not sure why it allowed me to subscribe if it was not available? Will have to request a refund if it isn’t broadcasting.

 

That’s for abroad though. They may allow it to be shown to UK customers as there is no TV coverage

 

I got an email earlier offering me the £10 match pass. Personally I won't bother with ifollow and will just watch a stream. Not worth £10 especially when normally it's $6

 

Hmmm...there's two different points here now, the EFL amendment which makes it OK to show 3pm games and the fact that our match is being broadcast on foreign telly, possibly blocking tomorrow's game after all. If our ifollow is giving out £10 passes then maybe they don't realise it isn't actually going to work. Could be a few angry folk tomorrow..
